The Regional Sales Manager with represent Hertz Kompressoren USA Inc. Hertz Kompressoren USA Inc is a premium brand of Dalgakiran Group Company, one of the leading air compressor producers in the world which has developed a truly international compressed air sales and service network worldwide. Hertz Kompressoren USA Inc is an international company with global presence engaged in designing, manufacturing and sales of air compressors and compressed air equipment. This role will act as the liaison between the distributors and their service contact, sales contacts and any other Hertz Kompressoren USA Inc functions they need to utilize in conducting business with Hertz Kompressoren USA Inc.

• Prospecting new distributor accounts to generate revenue.• Develop relationships with key accounts in assigned territory.• Distributor Support - Proactively communicate with assigned distributors in order to establish a strong relationship with the key contacts.• Maintain continuous communication with these distributors in order to understand challenges they face as well as uncover opportunities for how we can improve in our support of them.• Track customer calls and provide reports accordingly.• Competitive intelligence.• Effectively manage quote log and follow up as needed.• Support and grow local sub-distribution.• Increase rapport with customer via effective troubleshooting of current system.• Develop understanding of competitive landscape in compressor market.• Stay current with developments in all Hertz Kompressoren USA Inc products and offerings.• Provide sales training to customers and sub-distribution.• Achieve Business Plan sales goals in Hertz Kompressoren USA Inc Business categories. including small and large rotaries, reciprocating compressors, accessories and aftermarket services.• Perform other duties as assigned.• Must be highly customer service oriented, trustworthy, and dependable and a team player.• Up to 50% to 75% overnight travel required.
KNOWLEDGE/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred; degree in Business, Marketing or Management considered with supplemental technical training or experience.• 5-10 years Compressor Industry experience preferred.• General knowledge of industrial products including compressed air products and markets, including but not limited to air compressors, vacuum pumps and air treatment.• Ability to create and manage marketing plans and strategies.• Exceptional communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter.• Must be able to travel frequently by air travel and road to attend trainings and sales meetings.• Extremely proficient in Excel, CRM, search engines and database management.• Must be able to meet customer-specific requirements for site access.• Must have a good driving record and maintain a valid driver's license.Job Type:• Full-time
